Practicing since 1973, Dr. Steinfeld has always been fascinated with biology
and helping others. Thus, his choice to become a physician allowed him
the opportunity to do what he enjoys most.
He started his career in Emergency Medicine where he was faced with a variety
of patients and conditions. This proved to be a valuable training experience
as he transitioned to his current role as a family medicine physician.
He truly enjoys his job and most specifically, he appreciates the variety
of patients, the psychology of medicine, and working with families.
Dr. Steinfeld is focused on making his patients his priority and achieves
this by taking time with each patient, being a good listener, and always
being thorough. According to Dr. Steinfeld, “I enjoy building long-term
relationships with my patients and helping them through all life stages.
In many cases, we develop a friendship and that is very rewarding.”
He received his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine,
formerly known as Hahnemann Medical College, and completed his internship
at Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania.
An avid golfer and amateur photographer, Dr. Steinfeld enjoys these hobbies
during his time outside of the office.
